Ask us for the next available opening. Weekday and weekend appointments may be available, but every pickup depends on the route, equipment, and disposal hours. A quote request does not reserve a time.
We confirm the scope and total before loading. When the job matches the agreed details, we honor that quote. Added items or different conditions require a new price that you approve first. We do not load first and surprise you with a bill.
No. Tell us whether the items are in a garage, driveway, or inside on the first floor. We review stairs, difficult access, and unusually heavy items before accepting the job.
No paint, chemicals, liquids, fuel, propane tanks, batteries, asbestos, medical waste, unknown containers, or other hazardous materials. We also exclude concrete, dirt, brick, tile, roofing, pianos, safes, hot tubs, and other heavy specialty jobs. Ask before including tires or appliances containing refrigerant.
